After all that getting to know each other, talking on the phone, hanging out, going places, watching movies, chasing and then finally getting with each other, someone stops trying- its like knowing the “prize” is already yours so you just toss it aside and focus on something else -after awhile that fire inside burns out and both of you are just not as happy as before. You both are busy with something else and nothing seems to move you anymore not even those “Good morning baby” text matters as much. Like nobody pays attention to the little details or both of you are just tired to work things out so you go on days without talking to each other when before talking to each other was all you ever did. And when seeing each other doesnt give you chills and does not thrill you in any way.
I wish we could go back.
